1. What is the procedure for buying a product?

Step 1 : Product selection

Click on the desired product. Click on Add to cart which is at the right side of the product Description page.

Step 2 : Shopping cart

You will be lead to the Shopping cart page. If you want to buy more products click on “Continue shopping” at the top of the page. Repeat the step 1 process.

You can increase or decrease the quantity by pressing the + / – option, Remove the product by pressing the X sign in front of the product name . Press “Update cart” after making the changes.

If you have finished buying, click on “Proceed to check out”, this will lead you to the Login Page.

Step 3 : Login page

You can create a Login account with just 2 mandatory fields.

provide your login details if you have it already.

Login page will Automatically skip if you had already logged in.

Step 4 : Billing Address Page

Please provide your billing address. A Check Box Is given to Choose Billing address as Shipping address. Checking in the Box will lead you directly into the’ Order review Page’.

Step 5: Shipping Address page

This page will skip off if you had chosen the Billing address to be used as shipping address.

Please provide your shipping address if it is different from Billing address.

Step :6 Order review page

This page will show you the summary of your purchase with special Discounts if any and Taxes if applicable. Press confirm to make the payment.

Step :7 Choose the Mode of Payment, Provide your card details. You will receive a confirmation message on making the payment. A confirmation mail with your Order number will be sent to your login mail Id.

2. Can I cancel my order before delivery? If so, What is the procedure for it?

We provide cancellation option for the orders that were confirmed and paid. However, orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. Please refer our Cancellation & Return Policy for more details.

Step 1 : Click on ” My Account” . Provide your login details. It will lead you to the Recent Orders page.

Step 2 : Click on “Cancel” at the right side of the order. It will lead to the cancellation & Return policy.

Step 3 : Read the Policy carefully and Click on ” I Accept”. Your order will be cancelled and a mail will be sent to your mail id.

3. Do you provide Cash on Delivery option?

Cash on delivery option is not available in our website now.

4. What should I do if receive a defective furniture?

We take atmost care about the quality while producing and packing our products. Inspite of that if there is any case of manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we provide replacement parts for it. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to reachus@stylespafurniture.com

We will assess the damage and revert you. Please refer our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for further details

5. Is there a way to cancel the products after delivery?

Products cannot be cancelled after delivery.

6. What is the warranty period?

We provide warranty for 12 months against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used. The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

7. Can we assemble the products by ourself?

We advise the customers to wait for the dedicated Stylespa furniture assemblers to assemble the product. It will be easy for us to asses any missing part or missing hardware if it is opened by the assemblers.
