Forte furniture Products India Pvt Ltd. warrants this product to be free from any manufacturing defect at the time of sale and for the period of 12 months from the date of sale as evidence by the sale particulars mentioned in the invoice. If during the warranty period, this product is proven to be defective under normal usage in design or workmanship, our representatives will assist in evaluating the complaint and subsequently repair or replace the defective part on the conditions stated hereafter.

The repair and replacement of such defective parts constitute complete fulfillment of all the obligations of Forte furniture and specifically excludes any product problems arising out of mishandling, improper handling, third party assembling, incorrect assembling and willful damage.

Please retain invoice of the product carefully, as the invoice needs to be produced to avail a warranty claim. Any claim or dispute arising out of this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

1)      Damages due to Misuse, Abuse, Heavy soiling, Accidents, Fire or Acts of nature, Damage or Discoloration caused by sunlight/water.

2)      Variation in colour or graining of wood, wood products or materials of similar nature

3)      Damages due to negligent and improper movement, improper storage, third party assembling, incorrect assembling and willful damage to the product

4)      Scratches, Chips, Rips and Tears that occur after the purchase

5)      Commercial usage will annul terms of warranty

6)      Non retaining of proof and date of purchase

* Forte furniture will either repair or replace the furniture, at its sole discretion.
