2. HOW DO I TRACK THE ORDER?
Slide over the “Track order” icon and enter the order number and phone number. Then you shall find the tracking status for your order. The following explains the tracking status
Order Placed – This means that your order has been placed with us and confirmed
Quality check – This means that the product is through a Quality check process and shall be dispatched soon
Dispatched – This means that the product is dispatched from the source to your nearest delivery centre
Delivery centre – This means that the product has reached your nearest delivery centre. You shall be receiving call from our delivery team to schedule the delivery and installation
Outbound – This means that the product is on the way to your own
3. DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY IN MY LOCATION?
We currently deliver in few cities and towns. Please type the pin code to check if the delivery is available for your location
4. IT SAYS MY PIN CODE IS INSERVICEABLE. HOW DO I GET THE PRODUCT DELIVERED?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which city you belong along with Pin Code Number. We may be able to connect you with a nearby partner, who can then service your requirement.
5. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
The Estimated delivery time is 21 to 28 working days.
6. WHAT IF I NEED THE PRODUCT EARLY?
The products are usually delivery before the delivery date. But if you have any specific requirement you can reach out to us at email@example.com . We shall revert if we will be able to satisfy the needs.
7. WHY IS MY DELIVERY DATE SO FAR?
Some products would be in the manufacturing stage where we shall not be able to deliver within 15 days. Some products like sofas are made to order which might take some time. Usually we deliver the product much before the delivery date.
8. WHAT IF I NEED TO TAKE THE DELIVERY AT MUCH LATER DATE?
9. CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER OR MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once the order is placed, there is no option to amend the shipping address due to regulatory issues. But the phone number can be changed by clicking on the profile under my account. However you cannot change the email address.
10. DO YOU HELP IN DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY WHEN I RELOCATE?
You can call out toll free number or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your requirement. The dismantling can be done at a nominal cost. If the address of the relocation falls under the serviceable area, we shall assist in the assembly with a nominal cost.
11. IS THERE CUSTOMISATION POSSIBLE IN ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
We do not have the option to customize our products at this point of time
12. CAN I PHYSICALLY SEE THE PRODUCTS BEFORE I CAN BUY?
Yes. You can check our showroom locations in the Store locator and make a visit
13. ARE THERE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION CHARGES?
There are no delivery and installation charges as long as you fall under the serviceable city/town and the pin code.
14. WHAT IF I LIKE THE PRODUCT AND WISH TO PURCHASE LATER?
You can add the product to your wish list. If you are logged into your account, your wish list automatically gets recorded and can be accessed by you at any point of time
15. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently offer the following options
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards
Credit card EMI
We accept only domestic cards.
16. IS EMI OPTION AVAILABLE?
Yes, you can use the option – EMI on credit cards.
17. WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A FAILED TRANSACTION?
Transaction failure might be because of the following reasons
Internet connection disruption
Wrong information input i.e., user id, password, billing details etc…
If your account has been debited after payment failure, then the refund will be made within 7 working days. For any clarifications you can mail at email@example.com
18. WHAT ARE THE THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND FOR ONLINE TRANSACTION?
Keep your card details ready. For Net banking you may be directed to the bank site. Once the transaction is made, you shall be directed back to the Stylespa furniture site. You should keep the following things handy for the transaction
Credit & Debit cards – Card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date
Netbanking – Account number and IPIN
For Credit and Debit cards you shall be directed to the bank site for 3D secure password.
Never press browser back button or close the page when transaction is currently being done.
19. DOES stylespafurniture.com STORE THE CARD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
The site stylespafurniture.com does not store the card and account information. The transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway Visa/Master card/Amex/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.
20. IS THERE PAYMENT ON DELIVERY OPTIONS?
No, at present we do not offer Cash on delivery or Card on delivery options.
21. IS THERE ANY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS?
We offer 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defect. For further details on the warranty please check the site
22. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT THAT I HAD RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?
In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice this later you can call the toll free number or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our backend team will assess the damage and depending on the degree of damage we shall either repair the product or offer replacement.
23. HOW CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
Cancellation is allowed within 2 days from the date of placement of order. Cancellation cannot be done once the delivery is initiated.
24. HOW WILL I GET THE REFUND IF THE CANCELLATION IS DONE?
The amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days
