- Keep the sofas out of direct sunlight, as this will cause fading and deterioration of the fabric/leatherite.
- Vacuum the sofas weekly making sure to get into the crevices to reduce abrasions caused by crumbs or others materials stuck in these cracks.
- Protect from stain damages using anti stain products,
- Rotate and change the cushions and pillows regularly to promote a more even use, which will reduce shifting of padding.
- Keep print materials such as newspapers and magazines off the sofa, this is to prevent the bleeding / spreading of ink onto the sofa’s fabric.
- Always keep a clean cloth near the sofa for quick wiping / blotting of any spills on the sofa.
- Never use any kind of brush to clean your sofa, brush will loosen your fabric and damage it.
- Consider professional cleaning every year, as dust will damage you sofa faster and will also give a dull look.
